The Revolutionary Retreat is KER’s flagship event, designed to build a movement of passionate student leaders committed to driving positive change. Each year, the retreat brings together a diverse group of students and educators to engage in meaningful conversations around the world’s most pressing challenges and their shared responsibility in addressing them. Through an immersive residential learning experience, participants explore real-world issues, cultivate solution-oriented mindsets, and reflect on the transformative power of collective action. At its core, the retreat celebrates the inspiring stories of young changemakers who demonstrate courage, purpose, and impact in their communities.

Zuneira, Student Revolutionary

“The journey at retreat as a student mentor made me more courageous and confident. The 8Cs which I have learnt at the retreat helped me build connections with kids. I love working with kids and it has become easier for me to understand their mindset and get to know the path of kindness.”

Wong Gwen Lyne, Educator,

Teach For Malaysia

"Small actions of love can create ripple effects of positive change in the world. I am inspired to continue leading with love and create safe spaces for students to speak up and be the person they want to become."
