Raghavendra is a student alumni of Teach for India Mumbai and is accepted at UWC Pearson College in Canada on a full scholarship. He is a student advisor at Teach for All and Consultant For Student Leadership at Claylab Education Foundation. Inspired by McKinsey's consulting model, in 2019, he founded an initiative called ‘Paramarsh’ a free consultancy that supported students in his class to strategize, plan and execute projects for change on social problems that they felt passionate about. He currently supports 6 student-led projects, impacting over 700 people in his class, school and community. More recently, he also launched Awazz, which works on empowering student voice.
